Job Description
Work on developing the core AI/ML products for the company for relevant use cases. Take ownership for developing ML /deep learning systems, run ML tests and experiments & implement appropriate ML algorithms.
Work with senior data Scientists, BAs and product manager in delivering efficient self-learning systems that are business feasible. You will have the opportunity to work with exciting use cases, marquee clients and industry pioneering applications of AI/ML.
Responsibilities
- Study and transform data science prototypes
- Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
- Develop and deploy ML & deep learning models for sales forecasting, inventory optimization, and distributor performance analysis.
- Build computer vision & image AI models for asset tracking, product recognition, and field audit automation.
- Work on predictive analytics to enhance distributor and retailer insights.
- Collaborate with product & engineering teams to integrate AI models into SaaS solutions.
Skills
- Strong Python skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).
- Experience with image AI modeling (object detection, OCR, image classification).
- Hands-on expertise in ML, deep learning, time series forecasting.
- Exposure to cloud AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with FMCG, supply chain, or retail analytics will be preferred.
- Understanding of MLOps for model deployment.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
