As a Sales Development Representative at Heera Software, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients through targeted LinkedIn outreach via Sales Navigator and Lusha. This role involves personalised messaging to the right prospects and, when necessary, email outreach to nurture leads.
Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha to research and identify potential leads within the FMCG and CPG sectors.
- Email outreach to initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and assess their needs against our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for the team based on lead interest and qualifications.
- Engage with leads to nurture relationships and uncover opportunities through outbound email and messaging follow-up communications.
- Create and maintain a well-organized database of potential leads and contacts.
- Generate and track lead generation reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and conversion rates.
- Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation targets and contribute to overall sales growth.
- Adapt to the changing business environment and adopt new tools and techniques as necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies that align with business goals.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the B2B SaaS ERP/CRM field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with online research and lead-generation techniques.
