Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to support our business and technical teams by gathering and analyzing requirements and helping deliver effective business solutions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and assisting through the project lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Exposure to Agile methodologies is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and clients to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Assist in preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases, and gap analysis.
- Support workshops and meetings to clarify requirements using mock-ups, process flows, and diagrams.
- Help translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and architects to ensure requirements are understood and met.
- Assist in the planning and execution of the requirement lifecycle from gathering through UAT support.
- Participate in root cause analysis and troubleshooting during UAT and production support phases.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely updates and feedback.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives under guidance.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Develop good documentation and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and teams.
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Basic understanding of business process modeling and requirement documentation.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and software development lifecycle.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with clients and teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Eagerness to learn, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Exposure to business domains such as Finance, HR, Procurement, or Legal is a plus.
- Experience supporting UAT and collaborating with development teams is desirable.
